This collection features hundreds of examples of glass both made and used in America from 1700 to the present. Special attention is placed on the American innovation of pressing glass as well as art forms by such manufactories as Tiffany and Steuben. Many examples of early pressed glass, salt dishes, candlesticks, vases, tablewares, novelties and a collection of 1,200 different patterns of goblets are included.
